Born and raised in Michigan, he spent his summers boating on the Great Lakes and developed a passion for fishing and boating.
David bought his first investment property shortly after graduating from Central Michigan University learning the ins and outs of home ownership and the ups and downs of dealing with tenants.
After years of owning and managing multiple investment properties, boats, tenders, yachts and luxury sports cars, David has the acumen to know how things work and more importantly what it takes to make things right.
